Case film · Northwind Logistics ran Vault Heist across three depots in one week. 2 min.

We ran Vault Heist for 54 people with two weeks notice. Setup took 40 minutes because the script and props list were done for us, and our quarterly engagement score moved from 68 to 81.

Half our engineers are distributed across four countries, so offsites always excluded someone. Cipher City put 210 people in the same 60 minutes, and 92% said they would do it again.

How it works

From brief to briefing room in 48 hours.

Four steps, two working days, one facilitator. Nothing here needs a puzzle designer or an agency retainer.

  1. Brief in 5 minutes

Tell us headcount, date, room and language. No creative brief, no discovery call, no procurement maze.

A short brief form asking for headcount, event date, room size and language.
  2. License & download

Pay by card or invoice and the full kit unlocks instantly — scripts, artwork, app access and brand files.

A license confirmation screen with downloadable facilitator pack and artwork files.
  3. Run it anywhere

Print, set up in 40 minutes and press start. One facilitator covers eight teams with the timed hint ladder.

Teams playing a licensed maze in a meeting room while a facilitator watches the timer.
  4. Measure engagement

Export completion, collaboration and hint data per team, then run the 20-minute guided debrief.

FAQ

Questions people ops teams ask.

How fast can we run our first maze?

Most teams launch within 48 hours. You pick a kit, download the facilitator pack and print or ship the props — no puzzle design or dry run required.

Do we need a physical space?

No. Cipher City runs entirely on phones for distributed teams, while Vault Heist and The Lost Lab use any room from 40 m² up, including hotel ballrooms and warehouse floors.

What exactly is included in a license?

Facilitator script, timed hint ladder, printable puzzle artwork, props checklist with suppliers, player app access, branding files and a post-event debrief template.

Can we white-label the kits with our brand?

Yes. Team Enterprise and Bespoke Build include editable brand files so every puzzle, badge and slide carries your logo, colours and internal narrative.

How many people can play at once?

From 4 to 500. Kits are cell-based, so you scale by adding parallel teams of 4 to 6 players with one facilitator per eight teams.

Is the license per event or per year?

Both. Event License covers a single date, Team Enterprise covers unlimited runs for 12 months across your whole organisation.
